It was my first concert at the stage of the St.Petersburg Composers' House. The Association of Modern Music and its head Georgiy Firtich asked me to perform  the Prelude and Fugue D minor by Dmitri Shostakovich.

Concert of the duet " Galina Ovsyankina and Asya Ardova". That was announced to be the first piano duet performing modern composers. Before this we had concerts in Astrakhan Conservatoire at the International pedagogical conference and in the Petersburg Rimsky-Korsakov Museum. Our repertoire included such interesting compositions as " Lord of Jungles" by Yu. Kornakov for two pianos, Concerto for two pianos by Gennady Belov, Toccata for two pianos by V. Uspensky, Concerto-fantasia for two pianos and...(flute of Arkady Tsypkin) by Georgiy Firtich, Rag-time for four hands by Sergei Oskolkov, "Moods" by Yuri Kornakov, "Portraits" for four hands by Boris Tishchenko,Concerto for piano and orchestra (arranged for two pianos) by Andrei Petrov, where I played the first part of the soloist. That legendary concert was prepared during one month, because the composers made hurriedly thier last hints and inserted mostly vital features to their creatures. Firtich finished his Fantasia a week before the concert itself.

My bien ensemble with the flutist Arkady Tsypkin got its apex in the Preludes by Claude Debussy arranged for flute and piano. As I described it afterwards in the small magazine edited by I. Raiskin the whole composition resembled something fauvistic and primordial, fascination of flesh, I would have called it now. Listen to the soundtrack DEBUSSY. The day of February 23, 2008, was marked by my début at the Section of Popular Music led by the Petersburgian composer Viktor Pleshak. The concert was devoted to the new compositions of the Petersburgian music in honour of the 75th anniversary of the Composers' Union.  That was the stage of the Composers' House again. That was the composer Sergei Poddubny (born in 1954) with the true Petersburgian spirit piercing all his Four Preludes for Piano.Listen to the soundtrack PODDUBNY. The day of February 23, 2009 was marked for me by the concert in the Composers' House (section of popular music), where I was invited as a pianist to play together with a trumpeter Alexey Karaganov . Sergei Poddubny created these brilliant pieces as most real ("The Fair") and rather incredible ("Fantastic Wending") sketches, or, maybe, states of mind. Listen to the soundtracks PODDUBNY.
